About Doing Doing Done Coaching
Our fast-paced world increasingly requires us to transition and adjust to new situations and circumstances. Many neurodivergent individuals struggle with change, and this adds to their cognitive overload impacting their productivity, wellness and relationships.
Neurodivergence adds layers to our already complicated life: it is simply difficult to live in a world that is not designed around our brain wiring. For that reason, most ADHDers struggle at some point because it is like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. But it doesn’t need to be like that, coaching can solve the problem.
About Swantje Lorrimer

When the kids turned into teens, one by one receiving their diagnosis, I was finishing my BA Honours (Philosophy). So, no surprise there then, that I took to coaching like a duck to water. Learning to use one’s brain and finding the way it works best is empowering and transformational!

Naturally I draw a lot on my previous education and career as academic research assistant (medical ethics) when I coach clients. I am passionate about following the latest findings in neuroscience and ADHD research and engage in continuous learning.

Throwback: When I was a young adult, I had no confidence in my academic abilities and didn’t even dream about ever going to university, to commit to a 3 – 6 year degree. Instead of following my high school friends to uni, I learned a trade; I became a Bespoke Tailor and nearly failed my course. It was so difficult to sit still for many hours and work endlessly with tiny stitches on delicate fabrics!
My saving grace was finding work at the English National Opera in London. Here I was – finally - in my element, using my imagination and my hyperfocus I collaborated with wonderful people on beautiful stage productions. Without even knowing it, I developed the visual language that allows me to translate complicated theory
I am the proud founder Doing Doing Done ADHD Coaching and I am committed to delivering sustainable outcomes for neurodivergent individuals and their families. I founded Doing Doing Done ADHD Coaching because I wish we had had the benefit and support of ADHD coaching, when we juggled family life with 3 neurodivergent children many years ago.
